We were searching for car rental for our holiday in Crete. We decided to go with Athencars after reading many positive reviews, not having to pay a deposit or leave credit card details and fully covered insurance, no hidden fees or excesses. We booked online which was easy and straightforward. The confirmation email came shortly after filling out the online booking form and had lots of helpful information in about our booking including how to find them when we arrived. The email instructions were very clear and made it really easy to find them when coming out of the airport, you really couldn’t go wrong! Collection of the car was prompt and quick and the man at the desk was really friendly and gave us all the information needed. We were given the car with a full tank of petrol and asked to return it with the same. This was brilliant as it meant we didn’t have to worry about filling up until we were on our way back to the airport at the end of our holiday. (Even better that the petrol stations are manned and done for you so you can’t get it wrong!). We paid when we collected the car. When dropping off the car again the service was prompt and quick. The man asked for our contract, checked round the car and thanked us for choosing Athenscars.

Overall we would definitely recommend using Athenscars and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Prezzo ottimo davvero conveniente full assuramce inclusa 10 giorni € 390,00 onesto imparagonabile con i rent all'interno dell'aeroporto davvero esosi. Lo consiglio!

We have been using Athens Cars annually for 20 years. It is easy to book and pick up is immediately outside Heraklion Airport. You only pay when you pick up the car. There is always someone friendly waiting even though we arrive late at night (thank you Alex!). There are never hidden or extra costs or quibbles about anything including any excess and Athens Cars will come and help you if you have any difficulty on holiday.
