We hired from AthensCars a few weeks ago and found the whole experience to be 100%. The staff were very helpful and the car was almost new and in great condition. Also no need to provide a credit card and just pay in cash and the price includes all inclusive CWD insurance.

We have used AthensCars company many-many years in our Crete spring tour like in this May - sometimes from Chania Airport and sometimes from Heraklio airport and one time from Heraktion port as we came by boat and every time car has been waiting for us as agreed. Over the years I have hired a variety of vehicles from Athenscars, and have always found them to be absolutely reliable. Having had pick up/drop off at several locations, including Chania and Iraklion airports and Iraklion Port, I have always found their staff to be helpful, efficient and polite.

Prices are extremely competitive, probably amongst the lowest on offer, but I have never been tempted to even consider the "opposition", given the excellent service I have received. I would recommend them to anyone wishing to hire a vehicle.

We go to Crete 6 to 7 times a year since 2011. Every time, we rent a cabrio Jimny at Athenscar at Heraklion airport. We never had problems with this company. The right car is always ready when we arrive and the staff is polite and helpful. In addtion, thet are inside the airport which is not the case for every rental company.
