We would like to inform you that the management of our company has prepared a Crisis Management Plan to limit the spread of coronavirus and to protect our staff, our partners and our customers. More specifically, we proceed with the following measures Covid-19:
Issuance of prevention and protection guidelines (based on the World Health Organization and the Greek Ministry of Health against Covid-19)
– Provision of consumables (antibacterial hand sanitizers, masks, disposable gloves, etc.)
– Infection of indoor and outdoor cars
– Internal and external cleaning of the car after each receipt – delivery
– Change of cancellation policy (see below)

We have customized the cancellation policy to offer you more flexible options in your reservations: Now you can make your reservation at our customized price and cancel for free 2 days before your arrival, if the reason is Covid-19 or any other HEALTH PROBLEM MAY OCCUR.

Car showroom: Our company uses cleaning and disinfection protocols to clean the showrooms of our cars after delivery by our customers and before the next customer arrives, paying special attention to high-touch items.
Car exterior: The company has increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection outside the car, even on the keys, with an emphasis on the doors where there are handles and wherever the customer comes in contact with the car.
Behind the scenes: In areas where partners work “behind the scenes”, the company increases the frequency of cleaning and focuses on high-touch areas such as subsidiaries, locker rooms, washing machines and staff offices.
In addition, AthensCars Crete set up a Cleaning Council to focus on developing the next level of global cleaning standards and behaviors. The Council includes both internal and external experts in the areas of cleanliness, conscious well-being, infectious diseases and hygiene.
