On a été très bien reçu dans cette agence alors qu'on avait réservé une voiture via Carjet dans une autre agence qui s'est avéré être une arnaque (il voulait qu'on paye 400€ en espèces pour avoir une voiture déjà réservé et payé. Carjet à fuir car ils ne veulent pas rembourser). Donc sans réservation, on a été très bien accueilli dans cette agence et très bien conseillé. Bravo à eux. On y reviendra avec plaisir

I found my self in Heraklion needing a hire car last minute due to a family emergency and where other providers were of very little help or unable to accommodate a last minute request when not at the airport, these guys saved the day, they sorted me a car, a child seat and made the whole process so easy. Even letting me extend for an extra day at the last minute. If you need a proper friendly local service. I wouldn’t hesitate. They are far more accommodating than the major usual players.
