I had reserved a rental car with another provider and paid a deposit. Arrived in Heraklion said to us that because of the delay the contract was canceled.

I rented a car from 20 to 27 July 2023. I found a lot of availability and courtesy. I had my first car changed because it had a defect without any opposition: very helpful and kind. Great service and right price. I suggest that the service immediately provide a full tank of fuel – it will be easier to return the car with the same amount. I hope to be able to return.
